Two days straight of going solo taking care of sick grandkid. Day 3 today and it appears we are doing much better. Headed home this afternoon and I will be pulling out the cheap bourbon tonight.

Thanks. She’s turned the corner but dad was committed to some ot and mommy is a teacher and with Christmas programs this week, it was just me. Tough when the little ones are sick.

This is frowned upon in todays world,, but still works... mix up a one shot of that cheap bourbon, one shot of honey, and one shot of lemon Juice,, crush a good handful of peppermint and mix all together,, give the child a few teaspoons,, it will put her to sleep and the sleep will cure her..
