I doubt anyone thinks you drive like the peckerhead I was talking about.

I'd say he was doing at least 65 in a 45, 3/4 ton truck, towing a tactor, running a red light, looking down.

With traffic backed up and shrubbery, I couldn't see him coming and had no chance but to stomp it when I spotted the guy.

I bet you couldn't have fit a phonebook between my trailer hitch and his driver side.

Sorry for the rant, but I've come within an inch of death on the road several times in the last few months.

By buddy, brother, and I got a wild hair one night and made a Cannonball run over there.

Lost a tire just across the Alabama/Mississippi line at 10 pm and bought a spare from a guy who just happened to show up at closed tire place we limped in to. He had the same car.

We hit I believe the Hard Rock, got several rounds of free beers, won about $400 right off the bat, decided our good luck may be low, and headed back.
