Pay better players, get better assistants, bigger support staff, etc. The point remains. If UGA is paying all this money, and all they have to show for it is one playoff appearance and still now 40 years and counting without a Nationtal Title, then the ROI is negative.

He's continuously doing all that. I agree with that. I really don't think Propst sees the writing on the wall ... that or he is so desperate it is the only play he can see. He is done with coaching either way.

He got fired from Hoover, then he got fired from Colquitt County, now he's gonna get fired from Valdosta. Those are 3 of the best high school programs in the Southeast. While my first question is, "Why did he get hired by a school in Georgia after he got fired from Hoover?" it stands to reason that he may have had some redeeming value. Now, all possibility of that is gone.

Last night, Propst did not have his contract renewed at Georgia’s Valdosta High School after being placed on administrative leave earlier this month. Allegations had surfaced that Propst was under investigation for allegedly recruiting players and their families and soliciting money to pay for their living expenses.

But according to AL.com, Propst might have crossed the line even harder. He is alleged to have misused school funds, including funds marked for stadium advertising.

Whatever the exact reason, the board of education decided that his time at Valdosta High School was up. By a reported vote of 5-3 he was removed.

This piece of shit needs to be banned from every level of football nationwide. Even PeeWee football. It's astounding how badly he's misused his career at places that most great high school football coaches would never get an opportunity.

He might be a good coach, but he's a disgusting, selfish, human being. I find it disturbing that 3 members of the Valdosta HS BOE voted to retain him. They should shitcanned, as well.
