I don't hate the idea of a 4 day work week. The 5 day work week was first given to us, stateside by Henry Ford.

Studies show, more work is actually done in a 4 day work week, with an actual increase in productivity and steadier work flow than a 5 day work week.

Just my two cents though.

i work 6 or 7 days a week,
and still cant keep up -
 
Wonder what she would think of my 6 and 7 day work weeks? Especially this time of year. Oh and how about my supposed 40 hours already being surpassed in 3 days, and then wracking up another 50 to 60 hours, oh and there ain't no overtime. She needs a brain transplant.
 
Me, two of my brothers and a lifetime family friend were on a 4-10s schedule when I was in drywall. Give us four a check on Thursday and see if we were able to return to the job before the next Tuesday ... I dare you. One Tuesday our boss asked why we were only working 3 days a week and my brother told him the truth: we can't live off two days pay. We four lived in a 2 bedroom house that was paid for, drove an old beater, lowest paid was me(helper) at $9/hr and between the four of us we could not keep the lights and water turned on.
 
If she really gave a shit, she would be pioneering the push for taxes only applying to the first 40 hours worked. Everyone working beyond that trying to improve their life would be rewarded for taking personal responsibility for their situation, rather than rewarding useless fucks that don't even want a job because the gubmint will give them just enough to survive being completely fucking useless.
