I am, I contacted her after I got the notification and she is fine, said she wasn't even aware there was a festival until her roommate was telling her about it.

My daughter is also at UT and she was at the festival but left about an hour before the lunacy started

Glad to hear, last I heard still hadn't arrested anyone but believed it was two individuals shooting at one another..

yeah that's what we heard, my daughter however said it seemed only two shooters but two rival gangs or factions and I would surmise those involved are not in the city, probably somewhere a long ways away now trying to hide.
