The only thing you have to do to neutralize him, is to simply not exchange with him. Or you can be the dumbass that doesn't just hang up on a 12 year old prank phone caller. Be the guy that goes ballistic, and gives the kid everything he wants, so he will never stop calling.

I will never understand how he gets people so wound up, when if you just never respond to him, he just moves on. Grow the fuck up, like I said.

I remember when they tried to push your reaction score into the negatives, but I kept going back in your history and liking every post I could find so it would inflate your numbers, and they finally caught on it was me but they couldn't neg me cause I wasn't posting over there anymore... they were so pissed. lol
