after several (hopefully) good years at usc,
maybe a hc job at a small school for a while -

I like the kid a lot, but he does need more experience. I was looking forward to this year and seeing how his offense in year 2 would look. Hopefully I will be given that opportunity.

A lot of guys that played in Mike Leach system are now successful coaches: Lincoln Riley, KLiff Kingsbury, Josh Heupel to name a few.
