Dropped a series now besides games. Lost a key arm too. They have to weather the storm.

tech manufactures a run to tie it in the 8th,

and at the bottom of the 10th,
two outs,
Kurt Wilson steals home,
with the ball on the mound -

another terrific matchup in game 2 yesterday -
#2 horns start with 2 quick runs in the 1st,
but tech answers with 7,
and sits down the horn starting pitcher
with no outs -
unfortunately, the tech bats went cold after that,
as the horns slowly closed the gap
and took the 11-7 lead with a 4-run 8th -
tech was able to answer
with 4 runs in the bottom of the 8th,
and no scored added in the 9th -

bottom of the 10th,
bases loaded,
two outs,
and Kurt Wilson
(the player that stole home for the win on friday)
slaps a walk-off grand slam
over the right-field fence
to clinch the series, 16-12

texas is likely still the favorite to win in omaha -
i didn't see anything to change that -
yall have the pitching, as usual,
and recently, also the bats -
and melendez -
that kid is a monster with terrific vision -

There are 6 D-1 baseball teams in the state of Georgia. All 6 of them ranked in the top 31 of the RPI poll. All 6 are ranked in the top 45 of the USA Today Coaches poll (none of the 31 voting coaches are from Georgia schools).

Yeah, we play baseball down here too.
