If it was hockey, they'd let em drop the gloves and go at it til someone hit the ground....then their suspension would be a whole 2 minutes. Best thing about hockey IMO.

Funny you mention it, but there was hockey incident also in the juniors (transition of HS to college that's unique to hockey). Player skated into the official as he didn't see him, got mad & looked to minorly shove or say something to the official. Official boots him and that's where things got like Howard & Gard. Player starts to leave the ice and then sucker punches ref to the ice. Player has a lifetime ban from league.
 
Don't know if any of you have paid attention to her but Iowa's Caitlin Clark is putting up crazy numbers this year. I believe she's had 3 triple doubles, averages over 26 a game. Most assists on the year. Only took her 40 games to reach a 1000 points. Only a true sophomore.

I remember when some people including coaches and scouts were comparing her to Paige Beukers when they were both playing in high school with some saying she was even better.

I would say yes but who am I to judge, I was a wrestler. She definitely makes a bigger impact for her team compared to Beukers but she's also not surrounded by other 5* players. I get to watch quite a bit of women's bball with my wife and girls being that it's their favorite sport, my wife played and my girls do as well.
 
The other thing about Clark is she has range. She shoots from the center court logo often in games and makes them. One of her slogans on her apparel "is from the logo". The #21 ranked Iowa women blew out #6 ranked Michigan yesterday with Clark going for 38 I believe. Also they played #10 ranked Indiana twice in 3 days a week or so ago and beat them both times.
 
UNLV got jobbed by the officials on Saturday night. I hate to blame officials, but it was just plain awful officiating.
