For people who hate Duke and North Carolina, knowing that one of them will be playing for the National title must be a fun feeling.
I guess it’s fitting that Duke and UNC play each other in the Tournament for the first time this year. The media circus will be obnoxious, but it’s actually pretty cool that in Coach K’s last season he’ll have a rubber match against UNC in the Final Four against a first year coach. I think ultimately it will benefit the winner of the Kansas/ Villanova game because they‘ll be a bit of an afterthought in comparison.
Tex AM not getting in was a travesty.
I'll place this here since it's happening during this time.
Shaheen Holloway, last seen coaching St. Peter's to the Men's Elite 8 has returned to his alma mater, Seton Hall as their new head coach.
Playing in the NIT can be fun, especially if you make the finals.Seems like there were fans expecting to see both the Musketeers and Aggies in the Dance or at least one of those two. At least they have something to play for tomorrow night.
