If you’re ever in New Jersey, you gotta try the Taylor Ham. Apparently in south Jersey, they call it Pork Roll, but it’s the same shit. Pretty damn good.

Makes me think of R1776U. We can get it here at 1 grocery store, but only pre sliced, they don't sell the actual roll. Good stuff...

Cut ham just through the fat in diamond shape
Place on old white towel
Cover with foil and cook overnite at 200 degrees
Cut off all fat
Cover with honey mustard
Pat in half box brown sugar all over
Pat down with crushed ginger snap cookies
Mist with wild turkey (use about half a bottle or a miniture bottle)
Cook at 350 degrees for one hour.
