I know Fried is best but I have no Fryer anymore and I do have a smoker,, this looks good, might give it a try
Put some seasoned salt and lemon juice on it, smoke for 4-6 hours, when it's done either feed it to the dog or throw it away and put one of these on the grill.

Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve gatherings at the RazzlDazzl house have always included smoked pork shoulder, turkey like I described above, fried shrimp, the best Apalachicola oysters you can find, and all the fixins. Never steak, but I'm not opposed to change.
