Went by to buy a black rifle at a local store the selection was not good. I have a CCP so they do not call my purchases in.

It varies by state. It's the only thing I miss about letting my CWP expire. I could but a gun in about 5 minutes when I had my CWP.

It varies by state. Here I have to fill out the form they keep on file but basically it is a five minute procedure. You have to be careful on the form as they alter the questions to possibly trip you up.
