FWIW, I pull for Bama practically every week leading up to the Iron Bowl. I want the IB to be between two undefeated top five teams and for all of the marbles. That being said … we have been Uga's bitch over the last decade, so what did you expect??? :)

I would postulate that 'beernaise' is a redneck version, made with beer and mayonnaise.

I was taught that emulsification canceled out clarification and that just makes it regular old "butter"
