Nope

Y'all really don't know, @GhostInTheMachine and I really do pass recipes back and forth in here.

Ghosty, why don't we just make a thread instead and share the madness with the bois

That reminds me of a Calzone.
Similar size but I’ve never liked ricotta. We made our own pizza dough but you could just use already made from the store. Stretched it into big rectangles than layered plain pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni wound up with four layers of each so we had room to pinch them closed. The best part was being sealed everything meshed with the sauce inside giving it a spicy flavor. We also brushed the outside with some garlic and melted butter. Cooked them for about 20 minutes until the dough was cooked but not burned.

How the hell have you been gamecock?

Damn, that sounds good! Might have to give it a try this weekend.

Better than I deserve and enjoying the hell out of the Beamer Ball era so far... excited to see how we fare against the big dawgs of the SEC with a true 5 star QB!

Used to be very into off-roading, but then I kinda switched to sports cars. Been a while since I’ve had a good off road rig, but I got a new Bronco about five months ago and since then I’ve been beating on it pretty hard. Mostly rock crawling kind of stuff at a nearby OHV park. Did some high speed trail riding this last weekend down past Big Sur. Got a week long overlanding trip planned with a couple buddies for October and a trip to eastern Oregon in August. Been enjoying the hell out of it. Much more plush than any off roader I’ve ever had, but incredibly capable right out of the box. I’ve even been enjoying working on it. Haven’t done much mechanically, mostly things like extra lighting, rock sliders, exhaust, new tires and wheels, a bunch of little bolt on crap. Did some computer reprogramming to get rid of all the nanny warnings using forscan. Never done anything like that to a vehicle, but it was super easy. I have big modification plans for it in the future, I’d like to get it on 40s eventually, but I’m not gonna get too crazy until after the warranty expires.
