Similar size but I’ve never liked ricotta. We made our own pizza dough but you could just use already made from the store. Stretched it into big rectangles than layered plain pizza sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni wound up with four layers of each so we had room to pinch them closed. The best part was being sealed everything meshed with the sauce inside giving it a spicy flavor. We also brushed the outside with some garlic and melted butter. Cooked them for about 20 minutes until the dough was cooked but not burned.That reminds me of a Calzone.
