It will come down to the Chip Kelly offense vs the Al Golden Defense.

Whoever wins that battle. Wins the game.

The lower ND can keep the overall score the better. I personally think the PSU defense was better than the Ohio St one. But also I believe all the coaching at Ohio St is better than PSU. So if ND can scheme up the same amount of points. ND has a good chance to win.
