Every year behind one of my properties, the local town has a big wiffleball tournament. Big party of wiffleball & drinking. A concert on Friday night/early Saturday morning (1am) and events from Saturday morning to night as well. Though I don't have room to keep you in the house (barely enough for us), I'm sure you could camp out in the yard for a meet & greet! I've copied an article written about it. It is Aug 18-19th.

When I was a kid we would play wiffle ball in the pasture until it was too dark to see. I woke up many a morning with a sore right arm from pitching.

Tried to message the author of the story to put a temporary "suite" in my yard so I can see better since the put the dang port a pots on my yard.

It's literally in the backyard so not necessarily am I hosting all of it.
