Understandable,, Shooting in the County is legal around here,, you are not allowed to discharge a firearm in the city limits,, I live in the county,, I hear gunfire everyday,, either Hunting,, or target shooting.. usually.

I live in a county donut hole surrounded by the city, 5 mins from downtown and 2 mins from hospital and a usc campus

Since it is too windy to work on the roof, I can post a bit.

I have moved more times than most have and only lived in city limits this one time. In general, the first Saturday morning at my new house I would burn through a box of shells each with at least one pistol, rifle and shotgun. When I first got married, my wife asked me why I was doing that and I said that it was Saturday morning so all of the folks that live around would not be at work and now they are telling their teens and druggie friends/family to stay the hell away from my place when they have bad intentions. The best security system I ever had was word of mouth.
