NFL Draft: Sanders not taken in the 1st round

Oh of course. Black dudes are always snubbed by the NFL. Only organization that discriminated against them more is the NBA.

The only way this gets better is if he becomes a bust in the NFL. I don't hate the guy but I always thought he might be over rated and him having his fathers arrogance always kinda bothered me. I always liked Deon but felt that his sons had not really proven themselves yet.

RG3 might have a point about it being personal. But there’s nothing wrong with that either. Tim Tebow could have been a solid QB2, but he was thought to bring too many distractions. It didn’t matter that it wasn’t his fault, the teams decided it wasn’t worth it.

I swear I do not understand the outrage over this guy not going higher. Explain it to me like I am five.
I think it’s mostly click bait, but I saw a compilation of Mel Kiper’s meltdowns over the course of the weekend. He was legitimately unhinged. Like bad enough that ESPN should send him into the transfer portal.

There were a lot of players drafted, and they’d interrupt the rant just to mention it, then go back to talking about Sanders. The other commentators couldn’t get him back on topic, then he seemed to be angry with them. Very odd behavior.

Tebow was never gonna be a successful NFL QB. Had he flipped to TE like so many teams wanted, he may have ended up in the HOF. Numerous Heisman QBs were failures in the NFL. Numerous Heisman candidates went undrafted. College success doesn't always transfer well to the NFL. This isn't new.

I agree. But he did “break the internet”.

Just think, the Jaguars traded up from the Browns to get the 2nd round pick in Travis Hunter. The Browns could have picked up Hunter and got Sheduer on the cheap (which they did). That would have been something right there.
