The CIA and IC has controlled DC since JFK was shot. Regan and Clinton were both involved in CIA cocaine smuggling, Bush was director, LBJ wouldn't stop a war, and did not run for reelection, Biden in Ukraine and China business, Trump was basically fighting a coup attempt from day one and Obama is the only one that I can think of that just turned a blind eye.
