The answer is to detain the whole mob. How? Simple. Pull out your guns and shoot anybody who attempts to leave.

Arrest and charge everybody there for obstructing justice except the perp who needs to be charged with battery. The way to deal with Klantifa is to just shoot them.

What due process did illegal aliens use when they came into the country?

By the way....for more than 100 years federal courts have ruled that deportation is not punishment and if someone has no liberty or property interest in being present in the country (like an illegal alien for example) the only process that is due to them is whatever the executive branch's deportation process is. They are not entitled to appear before an immigration court.

During the ongoing judicial insurrection, district court judges are attempting to simply ignore this well established precedent. Federal courts do not have jurisdiction over immigration. Congress specifically limited their jurisdiction in this area. The Leftist activists in black robes are attempting to just ignore this too.

Judicial insurrection. If SCOTUS does not slap this down by the end of summer, Trump will have to pull an Andrew Jackson an tell federal district court judges that they made their ruling now let them enforce it. Congress ain't gonna impeach him so there's nothing the federal judiciary can do about it. Now if John Roberts is smart he will smack them down before Trump pulls out his punk card and embarrasses them like that. They've WAY overstepped the power of the judicial branch, ignored past precedents, ignored laws congress passed, trampled on the President's article II powers, etc.
