Y'all motherfuckers think you know everything since the age of 12.well, what about the rest of us
that aint got an IQ of 212° ??
I call bullshit on the elephantLots of those around here. We usually fill it up with yardbird or a whole gator. Some of them are big enough to cook a couple of tigers or an elephant.
I don't believe you. You claim you have a son? You are a mean and obnoxious person. No man in his right mind would provide you with a child. Or maybe you are talking about @pooods, Shit, I don't know.Pellets? Electric? Y'all all sound like a bunch of yankee sissies! I go out and cut Green Hickory and Pecan wood off the trees and don't even use an axe or saw, just a Judy chop! When we are smoking the meat I get my son to hold the burning logs so he can adjust the fire to the food instantaneously. Temperature matters! Don't y'all try that at home cause you need to develop some callous first.
You question me having a son, but you take at face value my ability to chop off branches with a "Judy chop"?I don't believe you. You claim you have a son? You are a mean and obnoxious person. not sure how to answer this or if I even should, but, yes, I'm fully aware of how bacon is made.. let me just say that adding smoke flavor to my bacon might not have been the number 1 motivation in cooking it on the pellet grill this morning, I list some other considerations.![]()
You know bacon is already smoked, right? Thus the name "Hickory Smoked Bacon". Furthermore, you can buy Double smoked bacon in some brands.

had a bacon-mater sandwich today also -not sure how to answer this or if I even should, but, yes, I'm fully aware of how bacon is made.. let me just say that adding smoke flavor to my bacon might not have been the number 1 motivation in cooking it on the pellet grill this morning, I list some other considerations.
1- no skillet to dirty up
2- no leftover bacon grease to save or dispose of
3- no heating up of the kitchen, note summertime in Alabama
4- the enjoyment of sitting outside with a cup of coffee and the birds
5- I like to cook on the grill anytime I can, so I do.
This mornings Breakfast was a bacon and tomato sammy,, and It was good!
