I’ve noticed over the years that the older a man gets, the higher his belt line goes up. The bottom of the legs seem to be at the proper height, but the waist is working it’s way up to the chest area.

The reason i’m asking this, is that this morning while getting dressed, I noticed my pants way up above my belly button and was like, “uh oh”

Anyhow, just trying to figure things out.

Basically this only applies to snowbirds who retire to FL. You are just becoming part of your environment.

So old people do this as I do not and I do not consider myself old.

Here's your answer old jorts man. :FSU:

Nah, he didn't mention wearing tall socks with flip flops too.
In my defense he was talking pants so unless the wearer is expecting a real big flood then people won't know what kind of socks he is wearing. I know because I wear SmartWool merino wool ski socks every day.

Now if this was a jorts discussion then you are right and I would expect fishin to provide a photo.
