Great area. Any location picked yet? If not I have already mentioned but look up Skyline Village Inn. Small motorcycle B&B owned by a great couple. Highly recommended for a number of reasons. One they have a great bar/dining/pool area plus an in house beer and wine store. The food is great and inexpensive. We are planning a get together up above Ashville, NC around July of next year. Mark your calendar. If I can drive 8 hours to be there, you can drive 3.
I do as well. It's been said that having daughters is Gods punishment on men for their lives when they were young. I would have to agree LOL!Congrats.
I have 3 daughters, so can't wait to go through this when it is time. Not.
I've said this same thing many times.I do as well. It's been said that having daughters is Gods punishment on men for their lives when they were young. I would have to agree LOL!

Congratulations
If I can give you a daughter's perspective.
For a daughter, 2 of the most important and special events in our lives is having our Dad walk us down the aisle and then the father/daughter dance at the wedding reception. If you shed tears during both, know that in your daughter's eyes, those tears are not only a sign of the unconditional love a father has for a daughter, but also a sign of strength in our eyes.
And for the father/daughter dance, let your daughter pick the song as that selection is how we want the world to see the bond we have with our Dad.
You sir are correct, and as you know I also have 3 girls, and yes I will say I don't trust teenage boys at all.I do as well. It's been said that having daughters is Gods punishment on men for their lives when they were young. I would have to agree LOL!
Told my middle one when she was 17, "that boy will tell you whatever he thinks he NEEDS to tell you to separate you from your panties". She said "dad, not all boys are like that". I told her bullshit, I was one so I know. She came to me a couple of weeks later and said "dad, you were right'. OF COURSE I WAS! LOL!You sir are correct, and as you know I also have 3 girls, and yes I will say I don't trust teenage boys at all.
I think I was about 25 when I realized m y dad actually knew what in the hell he was talking about... He wasn;t talking just to hear himself talk. Of course now that i have 2 teenage daughters I see the same look I would give my dad...... When they are mad at me the run to their daddy and he blah blah blah what ever. They don;t know but hes scared of me as well. . When they want to go out, or get some clothes that is almost out of dress code they come ask me 1st or want a little support b4 being shot down by dad..... 2 faced little bitches...
