They announce that game pre-season, and they went with Bama v A&M. Kinda stupid I know.

I find it pretty curious that UGA, as defending Champs, will finish the season without any prime time games this year. I guess the chips fall that way sometimes. Kirby seems to be OK with the 3:30 slot because it allows him time with recruits before and after the game. If he's OK with it, I am.

Would be really cool to have that prime time game, though. TE Darnell Washington was at the prime time ND game in Sanford, and he said, unequivocally, that the atmosphere that night was the reason he chose UGA.

Well, I'm just glad you're back. Thought I might have pissed you off with that Smart comment and I didn't mean to. Smart has done a fabulous job with UGA. :)
 
Ride however you want to. Some stats..... hat Heupel has accomplished is amazing. I have NO feel for this game. Toss up.

Interesting statistical data comparison using P5 teams only. For UGA, I also excluded Vandy which skews the data as they are a FCS level team.

UGA averages:
Offense: 42.6 points per game, 531 ypg (323 pass-208 run)
Defense: 12.4 points per game, 308 ypg (203 pass-105 run)

TN averages vs Power 5 opponents only:
Offense: 41.6 points per game,
496 ypg (309 passing- 188 run)
Defense: 17.2 points per game,
428 ypg (316 passing – 112 run)

Common opponent is FL:
UGA: 42-20
Offense: 555 total yards (316 pass-239 run)
Defense: 371 total yards (271 pass-100 run)

TN: 38-33
Offense: 576 total yards (349 pass-227 run)
Defense: 594 total yards (453 pass – 141 run).

So, I did piss you off... No, it doesn't suggest I know nothing of CFB. It does suggest I can be a smartass though. I will neither confirm or deny that allegation.

He actually came to my wedding so maybe I should ask for an apology because you didn't.

Just threw some interesting stuff out there. I have no clue what's gonna happen. Frankly I don't even care. A one loss UGA makes the playoff regardless of if it's to the Viles, or in the SECCG.
