From what I've seen of it, it looks like that cop is and should be in serious trouble. Seemed like the guy was no longer a threat and was heard saying he cannot breathe.

IMO, none of that matters. We both raised our right hand promising to defend everybody's rights...even those we disagree with.

The part that frustrates me....Those that exercise their "rights" expecting that there won't be repercussions to their actions.....then they get pissed when they are expected to be held accountable. How does that even make sense?
