Good morning everyone. Got some major life changes coming up. I turned in my resignation at work, got approved for SS and another annuity / pension plan I paid into years ago, and I'm retiring. It's time to hang up my work boots. My last working day is the 27th of this month. It really hasn't sank in yet, and will require some adjustments but I'm sure I can get used to it LOL!

Congrats, I can imagine that will feel crazy different. I hope you have things planned to do like hobbies and stuff, so you don't just start sitting around. Good luck.

Congrats!!! BTW that's you last employment day, not necessarily your last working day. I know a company or two that paid my notice out for me not to come in to work, but I just have a way with people ...

Maybe on your last day come in shirtless with "BITE ME" painted on your chest. That has always been my plan if I won the lottery. Just a thought.
