I went and had a hypnosis session ... trying to quit smoking. Again.

Before the end of summer the wife and I are going to get Penny. The wife and I's daughter's 11yo dog. She isn't getting along with our 1yo grandchild, Azalea.

Thanks! Over the last six months or so I have been struggling with mobility issues and have been mostly just sitting around bored, in pain, and unrested. I increased my smoking a pack a day over that time and want to get back to my baseline and then quit.
