I’ll have to try it out! I got kind of spoiled by Mexican food when I was out in Pueblo Colorado LOL so I have pretty high standards!

All it is is eggs cheese and your choice of either chopped up conecuh sausage or crumbled up Jimmy dean sausage. But the tortilla is steamed

It's the only day we don’t grill deer burgers or deer/hog sausage at my lease shooting range, during hunting season. You skipped pullied pork and brisket though.
