Good morning folks.

At 34, am I too young to bitch about missing the good old days?

After screwing with the shitty new neighbors, I walk inside and the Keurig machine is running, even drips some water without being turned on and won't shut off.

Unplugging it and plugging it back in three times didn't do the trick so I left it unplugged for 45 minutes and it thankfully worked. I've also got a fridge/freezer that looks like a spaceship but goes through filters like toilet paper, the freezer just crapped out, and the doors don't line up.

Growing up we had two different fridge/freezers and two coffee makers and the only reason the older ones were replaced was because they were relocated to the lakehouse. Dammit things used to last.

End of rant.

FWIW, Dad said on many occasions that the folks that pine about the good old days remember the garden vegetables while forgetting having to plow with a mule or the taste of homemade ice cream without all the damned hand cranking. On the other hand, if my coffee pot shits the bed then I will kill everyone I come in contact with.
