The new and improved Good Morning thread!

Thanks for all the well wishes people. I got tired of waiting on my lab test to come back today and went to Walgreens, picked up a couple of those instant at home tests. Came back positive. Still havent heard back from the lab test people after they said it would be done by 8:30AM and then by 1PM. Not expecting a different result. Have sore throat, cough, headach and runny nose. No loss of smell or taste, but not hungry.

Sorry to hear about the test and best wishes for a very mild case.

I think we got it in March(ish) but it was very mild. Didn't test because it felt like a sinus infection to all five of us that had it. We were able to get by with vitamins and Advil. It was mild enough that after it was over, I was glad we got it for the antibodies. I hope that is as bad as it gets for everyone.

Did yall get the vaccine/booster?

Its all been a lie. Now they just say symptoms are not as bad. My wife and daughter never got the shot and their symptoms are no worse than mine.

The only reasons I got them was I was convinced that to enter my MIL's LTC facility one would have to be vaccinated and I have a very high risk person living in the house. .
