The new and improved Good Morning thread!

Just got to work. I hit a damn deer on the way in this morning. I had a whole herd run out in front of me, I slammed on the brakes and managed to avoid all but one little four-point buck. Thankfully I was almost stopped when I hit him and just bounced him and he got up and took off running like hell . Hopefully he’s OK and there’s no damage on my truck.
Edit to add: There is no damage to my truck, just hair stuck in the bumper.

Just fyi, that's considered comprehensive on your insurance, I keep zero deductible on comp and 500 on collision for that exact reason, it's not that much more and living around here with deer and high winds, you're likely to use it sometime or another, glad no damage.
Also free windshields
 
Morning all. Off to Des Moines today and tomorrow in a suit and tie to look all important, have 2 days of meetings, talk about some things, shake a few hands, vote on some things, drink some drinks, and maybe get the chance to tell a couple politicians where to go.
