I may be the exception to the rule but after my last TKR, I never had to use crutches after leaving the hospital and started driving after 24 hours (I allowed the anesthesia time to wear off). Three weeks to the tractor is doable but be careful because you will still be on strong assed blood thinners that you may be injecting yourself with to ward off clots/DVTs.I'm hoping by 3 weeks I'm back in a tractor to feed cows. Wont probably be carrying buckets but at least running the feed wagon.
