The new and improved Good Morning thread!

Yeah I'm planning on taking some about 1 so by the time I get there is should be kicking in.
One of the biggest things I learned managing pain is to take the pain meds on schedule regardless of the pain level. If you wait until you start to hurt to take one, it will get rough and it is almost impossible to catch up the meds to the pain. It generally took a couple of hours to reach full effect from my experience, but everyone's body reacts differently. Don't skip them because you ain't hurting yet.

As far as therapy goes, sometime docs are way more aggressive and sometime very conservative in their approach and that is influenced by what they found during surgery. They will give you the plan, just ask them how aggressive you can be with walking and extra exercise. I hope your therapy goes like mine in the fact that I always felt better after therapy than before.

I just realized I am sounding like a reformed smoker/drinker or worse yet a vegetarian trying to convert others so I am going to STFU with the unsolicited advice and wish you all the best. If you have any questions or concerns, I am here for you.
