The new and improved Good Morning thread!

Good Morning. I've been pushed. I'm retired (Semi). I have the ability to make this personal. the freakin cable people who I pay monthly for internet and tv have sent me a letter saying I went over my Data (2nd notice)(only used 348mbs). I already pay an insane amount for this service, I'm an old holdout to Cable, its time for me to investigate the streaming options available. I think I can upgrade my data plan and drop the cable tv, return the cable box, and pick up YouTube tv.. this total would save me almost $100/mo and that is upgrading to a 700Mbs data plan.. any advise from the bleachers ?

We cut cable and went with Roku and alternate streaming services. We will go with Netflix for a few months then switch to something else just to keep it fresh. I don't miss cable and pick up a streaming sports package during NCAAF season and generally love it. I was never a big TV/movie fan though.
 
Ok, I know this good morning thread has a generally positive vibe, but what the hell? Gas at my local station jumped 40 cents yesterday. It was $3.39 for regular, which is ridiculous, but this morning it is $3.79!!! I hope everyone who voted in this clown show of an administration is proud of yourself. I hope you wake up with your dick grown to the side of your leg and it can’t be fixed.

Wife and I are considering some changes as well. Cost is ridiculous, and ever since Cableone got bought out by Sparklight, the service, value, and selection went to shit, while the cost just keeps climbing.
