The new and improved Good Morning thread!

Morning guys... I am back.

Tired but back. I might also mention that I hate anything having to do with our health care bureaucracy. I am too damn tired to even address this now but I may later. Anyway, the only football I had the chance to watch was the UK vs Gators game. I had to read about my Gamecocks losing to Arky... damn you Arky for not rolling over and letting us win. lol

And now I am starting to think UGA is really going to play for the natty again but I am still hopeful we get to a bowl game. Fingers crossed, Anyway, I just woke up after making the 9.5 hr drive back from Florida yesterday and I still am beat. Called into work and told them that while I love my job I need to rest before I come back to that mad house.

I googled coffee shortage:

Back in September 2021, experts warned of an impending coffee shortage that had the potential to span three years, per ABC. In addition to supply chain issues hampering the import of coffee beans, climate change has adversely affected growing regions. These issues caused bean prices to spike, and as a result, specialty coffee bean growers could suffer the most. These changes may encourage roasters to start using commercial beans or other low-quality products. The impending shortage coincided with an incredibly high demand for coffee.

So the cliff notes are this: Since covid, coffee consumption is way up, Coffee bean production in Brazil is way down due to shortage of workers (covid related) and weather, and Supply chain issues from actual shipment to the scarcity of materials available to produce containers for the coffee...
If these bastards run me out of coffee, this is gonna be a real fuck around and find out moment!
