Getting ready to fell a pretty big tree. I’ve taken all the precautions I can, and hopefully it goes the direction I want it to go. It’s leaning in the direction I DONT want it to go so it’s going to be a little tricky.

Mornin... Well I am sitting here contemplating verbally abusing my family since I just found out that NOBODY has bought COFFEE this week!

It was all I could do when I saw the box of decaf sitting on top of the fridge, to keep from appearing like I have tourette's syndrome.

I am currently ordering from Walmart delivery to get more of said, "I need this to survive" juice, so if they can get it here soon enough then my family's eminent demise might be avoided.

I'm almost right there with you, my coffee is almost gone, like a days worth left, so I started looking around in the cupboards for more as well. I didn't find any. I'm telling the person who does most of the shopping here that that needs to change.

Luckily Walmart has come to my family's rescue. The delivery guy just showed up and I met him on the porch. First thing I said was "My coffee's in there right?" and he just pointed at one particular bag and said "Right there, buddy". I swear I hugged him.

Now to settle down and drink a cup or two.

Good for you man. The delivery thing isn't an option here. It's 20 some miles to the closest Hyvee or Walmart, so they ain't delivering us shit.

Oh man, this reminds me of when I frist moved to the Chattanooga area, I lived up on Signal mountain. I quickly found out that the only thing I could get delivered up there was pizza and I had to drive 3 miles to meet the delivery guy at a wide spot in the road that all the residents used to get their pizza. I could not get off that mountain soon enough.

Of course the tree went the one damn direction I didn’t want it to go. Once I started the back cut it splintered. Nothing damaged but my pride thank God!

Good morning crew. Heading into L.A for the USC game. Make the drive once a season for a game. While i don’t care much for L.A anymore I do enjoy the campus and tailgating so I’ll exit off the freeway drive straight on to campus.

It will be a long day since the game doesn’t start locally until 4:30 but all the kids and grandkids are joining us so I’m really looking forward to it.
