The new and improved Good Morning thread!

It's always kind of depressing when you go to the bank and write a big check to pay off the yearly operating note, and make a payment on the land note. I can't complain, its paid for the year. There's been a couple years where I had to get extensions and roll it into the next year's note. The interest paid a good chunk of someone's salary.
