Good morning everyone. This afternoon we go see a surgeon for my wife's breast cancer. We have been doing as much research as we can but are still a bit in the dark about what type cancer she has. As we understand things, it was caught very early and is not yet aggressive nor spreading. Granted, we did not get good clear information from her PCP so we are in the dark a bit and things can change. All is well here, we appreciate all of you for the kind words and well wishes.

Good luck and know that a lot of people be sending positive vibes.

Back in the 90s I worked with a guy that filed chapter 7 bankruptcy every 7-8 years. My wife will have a lumpectomy ... we were thinking it would be a mastectomy ... and 20 or so radiation treatments with no chemo. I cannot tell y'all how relieved we are and how thankful I am for the well wishes from my friends here. I tip my hat to you all. Now that the storm has passed, I am free to revert back to my normal level of jackassery.

Very strong. Yesterday after the doctor explained everything and our mood softened, she had to conduct a breast exam on my wife. As she starts putting on latex gloves I say, "Sure Doc, when you put on those gloves it is normal but let me break out some latex for the same reason and I am a freak".
