Doing well thanks! Still a long way to go, but immensely better than I was.

Damn, that is a young man's game. I was broken from that shit after an 18 month plant startup that saw 7 day work weeks with more paydays for over 80 hours than under 60. I tip my hat to anyone that endures that schedule, kind sir.
