The new and improved Good Morning thread!

Morning all. Well my daughter's softball team's season came to an end last night. One step from the state tournament. 11 innings played, 2 to 1 score. Girls softball only plays 7 innings for a full game. Neither team scored till the 9th inning. It was a pitchers dual, 40 some strike outs between the two. Was a nail biter of a game.

I used to be an overtime hound but when it got to taking a toll on me, I went to a 40-hour guy. I still kept getting call ins even over my objections. Finally after I had enough, they called me at 0500, Sunday on a four-day weekend. I said I am drinking but if you really need me, I will be there. I got off the call in list that day.

I do it to keep the wife happy....she has a great job working from home.

I cannot wait to become a man with no schedule once I retire.
