Thanks a bunch. I went and brought my sister back from Bama to visit for a week and found out that there is a guy that likes to pull into the edge of her yard at about 0500 and play with himself in plain view. The town won't even answer the phone during the day when she calls and calling 911 hasn't even gotten a LEO response.

I went straight to city hall before making it to my sister's and might have went off on the police chief and mayor a bit, but nothing arrestable. I went to school with the mayor and he knows that I am just unstable enough to do what I said. I might have said that if the cops wouldn't stop it, I will. Rumor has it that I said if they don't make an arrest the day I get him on cam that I was going to kill the bastard and treat the cops and mayor as accomplices and/or possibly start coming to their houses and jerking off in their yard in front of their wives, mothers, sisters and kids since it's "just a misdemeanor" as they said. It won't be the first time I spent time in the VA mental health ward and to be honest, I am about due.

Something like that would not be tolerated in the community I live in. Our DA is very tough on perverts.

My sister lives in a small town without 24 hour police coverage. It has a history of corruption especially in the water and police departments but I really believe they are trying to turn that around.

EDIT: I would like to add that there is a very lax attitude about a little vigilante justice whereas there are no permanent injuries. He deserved that ass whoopin is still a valid defense there.

from Bama, well damn! there was a time when you could go to the local baptist chrurch and tell that story and a certain group of upstandin citizents would take care of that for you.
if you have to, camo up in a ghilly suit and wait on his ass one morning and shoot him right in the crotch with some rock salt, then take and tie him naked to a tree on the square in the middle of town!
