Dr told me he thinks I have sleep apnea. Haven't decided if I am doing the damn sleep study he suggested.

Colonscopy last year. The hits just keep on coming.

It took me about a month to keep it on all night but once I adjusted to it, I wouldn't dare try to sleep without it.

Did you know Reggie White (Vols/Pro legend) died due to being noncompliant with his sleep apnea treatment.
You should get it checked out, you'll feel better.
