I cut the ulnar nerve which is between my thumb and index finger years ago. As soon as I did it, I was like oh F. The index finger went numb. They sewed me up and said I would only have 50% feeling in that finger. I have 95% now. I guess nerves grow back.
 
The 2 floor drains in my basement are plugged. So we started digging where my grandfather told me the drain line went. No sign of it at 8 foot down 20 foot from the house at about 2 foot of fall. He told me it went out and behind the garage. Frustrating. He and my great grandfather dug the basement by horse and by hand back in the 40s under this house, and dug in by hand the clay tile drain lines. The traps under the drains are nearly 8 foot below ground level. I know where the line ends at 200 foot away but there's nothing coming out of it. There is also several trees in between the house and there. So I'm sure it's plugged with roots. I think I'm going to put a lift pump in and plumb it into the septic line and solve the problem, Without having to spend a bunch of money digging in a new line.
