Supposed to be 65 here today but the weather is supposed to change tomorrow in a big way, wintry mix up north with cold rain showers here in the south. Sunday and Monday are only supposed to be highs in the 30s with lows in the 20s. Brrrrr. I'm going to have to get out my carhartts, and turn on the heaters in my cattle waters. Then back to 60 later next week. Be the first freeze of the year.

Same here, but didn't want to talk about the coming dodo.

Didn't even get stung. I borrowed a lift from someone I know, it made it a lot easier and safer. The barrel wasn't quite long enough to cover all of the honey comb but it looked like there wasn't a lot of honey down there anyway.

Well I was just going to do it from a ladder, which would have been fine, but the lift made it so much easier. I didn't have to worry about pulling the barrel up with a rope, And trying to keep track of a drill and screws at the same time.
