it started out way back in the beginning as a sort of a way to make a post and generate traffic while also mostly older people having coffee and bitching about shit,, its evolved into a im still alive and a catch-all for what your up to..
I think Tider girl started the first one and after she-it outed himself, RTR started a new one.. just so you know, if someone was just itching to have some fun they could try to go back and find those threads near the beginning ... entertaining!

And no, it is not true. I can probably find the case law again, but they absolutely can lie their asses off for investigative purposes. He/she cannot do any drugs so if in doubt, hand them a bong ... according to some friends and/or family.

Edit: Me using it is a Martin Mull reference from his character Russel the pharmacist in 2 1/2 Men.
