The new and improved Good Morning thread!

Good morning everyone.

Out of curiosity, does a warm or cold spring mean much to you as far as how the wet or hot growing season will be?
Im trying to figure out when to plant my Maters. the old saying is to plant on good friday.. but chatgpt says that if the night time temps dip into the 40's theyll stay dormant.. year before last i planted on good friday and they didnt do anything for about 3 weeks and then they took off, and got my first ripe tomato end of june. last year I waited till end of april and got my first ripe tomato end of june..
I think im gonna wait again.

Up here the old timers rule of thumb is May 10 as the last frost and therefore the mater planting day. My son is in Idaho and he has his maters out already. Oh, he knows they will get killed by snow probably but his wife just wasn't going to be satisfied if he didn't get them into the ground.
