My neighbor called and placed an order about 10:30. In all fairness he had to do something to cause a work stoppage because he got lost in his front yard, twice. It is his property and project so however he wanted to do it was the way it was getting done. We were going to attach a 2X6 to his 4X4 post so he went and got some five inch wood screws and pushed a screw all the way through the 4X4 into the 2X6. I let him sink three screws before asking why he didn't use shorter screws and start on the 2X6 side ...
 
COFFEE QUESTION !!!


I made a cup of regular yesterday for the 3 o'clock tea time. I lost the desire so I left it on the counter.

Didn't have the heart to throw it out.

This morning I woke up and found it still sitting prettily where I left it. She's a good girl.

So, wanting a cheat death challenge, I threw some ice in her and drank with my yogurt/oatmeal mix.

Twas delish!

Any science behind allowing a coffee to age on the counter at room temperature for 18 hours?
