Got a call around dark yesterday to trail a deer.

One of our members' son had shot his first buck.

He hugged me and tried his best to help drag him out of the swamp.View attachment 5478

No shit. My first one was a 4pt when I was 10 and my mom field dressed him.

I doubt he was shaking though, he's a pretty chill young man and made about a 175 yard shot.
